Terms of Service

By using Design Jockey’s website, store, or subscription workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Design Jockey provides design work on a subscription and as individual store packages. Work is typically handled one request at a time. Turnaround depends on your plan and the brief. You can cancel a subscription as described in your account settings, subject to any billing cycle already in progress.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register or brief a project.

Payments

Subscription and store checkout are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds, if any, follow the policy we communicate at purchase or in writing.

Your content

You retain rights to materials you upload. You grant us a licence to use them to deliver the work. Completed design files are delivered for your business use as agreed in your plan. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or request work that is illegal or infringes others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
